Qualifier Registration and Media Policy

By registering to European Masters Qualifier you agree to accept these terms and conditions of registration:

Registration policy

• All players must have a current, paid PDGA membership, to eligible to participate in the tournament.
• All players are responsible to provide proof of their PDGA membership when they register at the Tournament center in June.
• Registrations are not complete until the organizers have received the entry fee.
• Failure to abide any of these terms and/or procedures may cause a player to lose his/her eligibility to participate in the tournament.
• A player who cancels his/her participation after the May 30th, 2014, is not eligible for a refund of the entry fee. Only exception to this rule is illness or injury and a doctor’s note of this shall be presented if requested.

Media policy

You give your permission to the Innova Champion Europe Inc. to use your Name, Testimonial and Images/Photographs taken of you in the European Masters Qualifier in publications and advertisements produced by or for the Innova Champion Europe Inc. You understand that these publications will also be placed on websites managed by the Innova Champion Europe Inc. for public relations and advertising purposes.

The Innova Champion Europe Inc. will not publish any other personal information than mentioned above.
